Today:

Established in 2018, we provide clean, safe, and secure housing to the people of Detroit. As Black Detroiters, we want to preserve the integrity of the neighborhoods we invest and own in. 

History: 

While we were officially established in 2018 we have been groomed and trained since the 1940s. We are 4th generation Detroiters and 3rd generation landlords who are FROM Detroit and FOR Detroit. 

Our first family home was on Philadelphia and Linwood. The first landlord in the family has a 2-flat on 6 Mile and Wyoming. From there, we have expanded our properties to double digits while keeping a lot of the houses in the family still to this day. 

Mission: 

To provide clean, safe, secure, and affordable housing options to the people of Detroit.
